Brokerage Divsion

Our brokerage division specializes in selling previously cruised sailing and motor yachts. If you are considering the purchase of a used yacht, view our large inventory of used sailing and motor yachts on-line, and see them in person at our docks.

If you are selling your yacht, we offer one of the largest advertising programs in the industry. Our friendly and experienced sales team will efficiently handle all aspects of the sale, including advertising, financing, survey, sea trial, insurance, closing and documentation. Placing Your Yacht In Charter

Placing your new yacht under charter management can dramatically reduce your cost of ownership through significant tax deductions and income from chartering while it would otherwise be sitting in the marina. You still have the use of your yacht and the charter company is responsible for the maintenance. Through our exclusive affiliation with Club Nautique, the Bay areas largest yacht charter club, we have been assisting new yacht owners with charter placement for over a decade. Certification & Instruction

If you are a novice or simply want to expand your "nautical know-how", we'll help you gain valuable "hands-on" experience to confidently skipper your new yacht. Through our affiliation with Club Nautique we can provide you with U.S. Sailing and U.S. Powerboat certified instruction recognized worldwide.

Sailtime Fractional Ownership
